A lawsuit, entitled Rindfleisch, et al. v. Gentiva Health Services, Inc., was filed against Gentiva alleging violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Current or former Gentiva employees who were not paid for all hours worked may be eligible to participate in the Gentiva lawsuit.
