For over sixteen years we have been dedicated to seeking justice for those wrongfully denied their rights. Since founding the firm. Doron Levin has exclusively devoted his practice to the rights of plaintiffs in their pursuit of justice. Mr. Levin does not represent defendant corporations, insurance companies or employers. Previously, Mr. Levin interned for a Justice of the Texas Supreme Court and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. He is a recipient of the Albert Sidney Burleson Scholarship and the Legal Writing Honors Award. Additionally, he served as the on-air legal expert for a syndicated drive-time radio show from 1994 to 2000.
Mr. Levin has achieved and AV rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, a respected source of authoritative and dependable information about members of the legal community for over 130 years. The AV rating is the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell and reflects an attorney who has reached the height of professional excellence.
Mr. Levin is married and has three children. He coaches his children's basketball and soccer teams and is active in civic and philanthropic affairs in his community.
Our work in the pharmaceutical liability arena includes the representation of thousands of clients in their various defective drug and product claims. Our employment law practice includes the representation of clients in their class action pursuit of unpaid overtime and wage claims and layoff notice claims under the WARN Act. And our consumer and securities class action practice includes ERISA breach of fiduciary duty claims as well as defective consumer products. We also devote a portion of our practice to representing those affected by hurricanes and other disasters.
